At ZenSpace Studios, we offer more than just a studio—we provide a haven for classes, rehearsals, and workshops. Whether you're leading a one time workshop, rehearsing a performance, self taping auditions or seeking a serene space for weekly classes, our studio is designed to support your work.

Size: 21 ft x 20 ft
Capacity: Accommodates 1–14 people, depending on activity
Flooring: Marley Dance Floor
Amenities:
- Dance mirrors
- Ballet barres
- Bluetooth speaker
- WiFi
- Air conditioning and baseboard heating
Usage Guidelines:
- Dance shoes only (NO street shoes, tap or heels)
- Water permitted; no other food or drinks

Rental Rates:

Standard Rate: $44/hour for classes and workshops
Rehearsal (Non-Profit) Rate: $20/hour for dance, theater rehearsals
Special Events & Video Shoots: Please inquire for customized rates
Monthly Discount: Available for bookings of 10 or more hours per month
